Job Summary
Answer inbound phone inquiries from clients regarding accounts, products, services, and procedures while maintaining a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Review, verify, and process service forms and requests submitted by financial professionals, communicating with clients regarding missing information or required corrections. Research and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed, and document all interactions accurately in internal systems. Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards while participating in ongoing training to stay current on products, systems, and procedures. Work closely with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery, identifying trends or recurring issues to provide feedback to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year providing customer service
- Customer-focused mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with Windows Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with the Advisors regarding service issues
- Ability to read & interpret company policies, operations manuals, Pershing manuals, & technical guides
- Must be located at one of the listed hubs (Atlanta, La Vista, Oakdale, or Scottsdale)
- Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years' experience of brokerage experience
- Completion of the FINRA SIE exam
- FINRA Series 7
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field
