Client Support Representative

Job Summary
Coordinate service for designated accounts across departments to ensure efficient handling of customer issues and adherence to service levels; collaborate with technicians, warehouse, inventory, and sales to resolve inquiries, validate shipments and invoices, and maintain clear communication through the ticketing system; uphold SLA commitments and drive process improvements to maximize customer satisfaction; build lasting relationships with customers and ensure issue resolution from start to finish with accountability and ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Effective Planning, Organization, Documentation, and Communication Skills
- Ability to use a personal computer and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Willingness to accept ownership and be held accountable
- Must be a team player and be able to provide direction and support to other team members
- Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little supervision
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments (technicians, warehouse, inventory, and sales) to resolve customer service issues
- Experience developing relationships with customers and following through to resolution
- Knowledge of invoicing/billing processes and service-level management
