Job Summary
Client Support Representative located onsite in Shreveport, LA, focused on servicing and managing client accounts by providing product, system, and services support. Responsibilities include answering questions, guiding clients through processes, troubleshooting system or setup issues with escalation as needed, providing ongoing APS user education, documenting client-related issues via ticketing system, responding to tickets per policy/procedure, maintaining client satisfaction, following response/resolution procedures, and mentoring to aid in progression. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment; bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years in payroll/HR systems support or related technical account support indicated as preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred
- Three plus years of experience in payroll, HR systems support, or relative technical account support and management preferred
- Strong technical knowledge – knowledge of software, programs, systems
- Strong client centric focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to details
- Must be able to work in an environment with constant deadlines
- Must understand company guidelines, procedures, and workflow
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred
- FPC (or equivalent substitute) preferred
- Three plus years of experience in payroll, HR systems support, or relative technical account support and management preferred
- Strong technical knowledge – knowledge of software, programs, systems
