Job Summary
Client Support Representative (Bilingual) provides order-level analysis and accurate responses to client and candidate inquiries about company products/services. Builds relationships with clients and applicants to deliver a positive customer experience. Maintains accuracy and attention to detail in processing information, adheres to customer service standards across email, phone, and chat, partners cross-functionally to troubleshoot delays and system issues, understands products/services to facilitate rapid resolution, handles complex issues and escalations, and manages candidate inquiries. Requires fluent Spanish and English, 1-2 years in a similar role, and CSEC passes or equivalent. Skills include communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Qualification in Customer service will be an asset
- 5 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent
