Job Summary
The Care Manager will optimize scheduling operations and deliver exceptional client service at Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers. Responsibilities include handling incoming inquiries (calls, emails, chat) about scheduling, billing, and services; scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments in coordination with clinical profiles; ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations; monitoring clinicians’ schedules to optimize time and location preferences; collecting required registration information (demographic, insurance, clinical data); updating client data in the CRM; supporting clinicians with timely communication; maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA and applicable regulations; coordinating maintenance and keeping inventory organized; and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates have a strong front-desk presence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be energetic and organized, demonstrate initiative, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 5-day schedule Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm; full-time role with competitive benefits.
