Job Summary
Part-time, on-site Client Support Executive based at the Manchester Support Office. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and personal trainers, handling enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, processing payments, assisting with booking training sessions, and supporting gyms to maximize weekly sessions. You will work as part of a fast-paced, KPI-driven CS team, aim for first-time resolution, escalate when needed, build knowledge of products and services, maintain accurate client data, and adapt to changing processes. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a proactive, customer-focused approach, with hybrid work patterns (two days at home) and core hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Requirements include GCSE-level maths and English, recent client-support experience, excellent written and verbal skills, high computer literacy, and familiarity with client-support techniques.
