Job Summary
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a clear and professional manner, providing updates and next-step guidance while recording notes and follow-up items accurately. Track open service matters, assist internal staff with relevant information, and maintain organized records using internal systems or spreadsheets. Help resolve basic concerns or direct customers to appropriate team members while following established procedures for routine issues. Ensure timely and helpful support through dependable attendance and consistent follow-through on multiple daily tasks.
