Job Summary
Complete daily census distribution, produce accurate information for department heads, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and specialist referrals. Review and aggregate patient outcome and satisfaction data while setting up KIPU accounts and managing access levels. Develop clinic policies, implement protocols, and create efficient workflows to enhance performance improvement tasks. Facilitate psycho-educational groups, scribe clinical notes, and handle client transportation as needed. Collaborate extensively with clinicians, nursing staff, and case management to ensure quality care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand for 8+ hours
- Able to squat, bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs
- Able to work with all departments at All Points North
- Extensive knowledge of KIPU EMR
- Time-management skills
- Capable of making good decisions
- Ability to handle pressure well
- Ability to deal with uncertainty
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma / GED
- Associates in Social or Human Services
- 2+ years of experience working in clinical or hospitality settings with direct guest/client care
- Experience in clinical documentation systems
- Must be able to work and communicate well with people
- Be adaptable and accept changes quickly and easily
- Be willing to address conflict appropriately
- Basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
