Job Summary

Coordinate information for client service requests and provide it to the client team for prompt responses. Prioritize gaining a thorough understanding of different roles within the agency and the specific line of business operated. Engage in communication with individuals both inside and outside the organization while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach. Solve problems, consult, and provide advice and interpretation of policies and regulations. Handle confidential information and ensure its protection in all aspects of the job. Work under the guidance of the Client Manager, Strategic, and/or Consultant. Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while attending both in-house and external meetings or events as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic math knowledge
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and best practices
  • You have your own transportation
  • You can attend both in-house and external meetings/events as required
  • You are flexible and may need to work extended hours to meet the needs of our users and customers

Desired Qualifications

  • Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Prior experience within insurance industry
