Job Summary
Provide hands-on client support and data-driven problem-solving for Addepar clients, including identifying, responding to, and resolving issues; perform root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams; collaborate with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain high client satisfaction; help clients use Addepar effectively through both functional and conceptual instruction; requires navigating complex data sets, prioritizing multiple cases, and ensuring timely resolution. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience), strong math skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and 1+ year of client-facing experience; investment-management experience is a plus.
