Client Success Specialist supporting the nursing education sales team in the West Region, focusing on client retention and satisfaction, providing service for courseware, online content, assessment tools, and curriculum, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue. Location flexibility with remote work preferred in California or Arizona; responsibilities include engaging existing clients, driving retention, processing sales leads, CRM data maintenance, and supporting sales with quotes and order status. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of customer-related experience, strong data interpretation and communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of prior customer-related work experience
- Proven experience in customer experience management or a related field
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure consistent and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
