Job Summary
Client Success Specialist I responsible for onboarding new clients, delivering system demonstrations (remote and on-site), managing implementations and data mappings, and coordinating with Sales and internal teams to ensure successful transitions and client satisfaction. Duties include tailoring demonstrations to client needs, leading the demonstration process from request through post-demo review, improving scripts and workflows, building and maintaining client relationships throughout onboarding and implementation, developing and managing project plans, coordinating with HRIS/Payroll/Benefits, communicating progress to clients and internal teams, and facilitating meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress. Requires strong project management, technical aptitude, and travel ability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with persuasive presentation abilities.
- Ability to assist with complex, customer-facing software implementations.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in web technologies and operating systems.
- Ability to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.
