Job Summary
Client Success Specialist I onsite responsible for onboarding new clients and delivering tailored product demonstrations. Manages implementations and large system changes/conversions, supports sales with demos, leads the demonstration process from request to post-demo review, and collaborates with Sales to customize demonstrations. Builds and maintains client relationships throughout onboarding and transition to operations, develops and manages project plans and timelines for implementations, coordinates with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and other internal teams to define data mappings and optimize conversion processes, and communicates progress to clients and internal stakeholders. Requires strong project management, technical aptitude, and ability to present effectively both remotely and on-site; travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of project management and customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities
- Ability to assist with complex, customer-facing software implementations
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in web technologies and operating systems
- Ability to travel locally or nationally by car or plane
