Job Summary
Client Success Specialist I serves as the primary contact for clients in DebtBlue's debt settlement program, motivating clients to complete the program and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities include communicating knowledge of debt relief options, using CRM to assign and complete tasks, documenting client accounts in CRM, handling inbound requests, making monthly follow-up calls, performing outbound calls, and supporting department operations. Skills emphasized include empathy, multitasking, problem solving, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/SharePoint and client service software. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1-2 years customer service experience
