Job Summary
Client Success Specialist for HCM on-site in Duluth, GA. Manage a portfolio of clients from post-implementation through offboarding, drive client satisfaction and adoption, and measure value through regular business reviews. Onboard new accounts, articulate the value of Vensure HCM, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, monitor client health via KPI-driven action plans, and coordinate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities. Role requires occasional domestic travel for meetings, events, and training, plus strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills to ensure a high level of service and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or 2-5 years of experience in a consultative, multi-client account management role within HCM disciplines or a SaaS organization, or related experience required or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, or job training programs) preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
- UKG Ready experience required.
