Job Summary
Provide answers and solutions to clients via phone, email, and chat while documenting all interactions within the CRM. Perform application testing to verify new updates and defect fixes, then communicate findings to the product development team. Collaborate with team members to research questions and contribute to the product knowledge base by creating documentation, articles, and training tools. Establish proactive working relations with MCUL, Affiliate personnel, and management. Maintain professional client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels. Light travel may be required to support clients or attend company events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Desired Qualifications
- College training in business, human resources, IT or related field
- Financial services, credit union, and/or human resources experience
- PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent experience
