Job Summary
Remote Client Success Representative responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with selected accounts to support successful campaigns. Acts as a trusted advisor for DemandFactor offerings, collaborates with Sales from proposal to delivery, manages post-sale account management and documentation, and drives growth through excellent customer service. Requires strong written and verbal communication, organization, teamwork, problem-solving, CRM proficiency, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of account management or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive collaboratively in a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Logical thinking to diagnose and resolve issues
- Comfortable learning various software, from MS Office (Excel) to CRM systems
- Time Management and Effective Prioritization skills
