Job Summary
Client Success Specialist role focused on delivering exceptional client experiences by building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions, and communicating progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. The position involves identifying growth opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams, and assisting with client requests or issue escalations, along with administrative tasks such as data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in hospitality, client success, or sales is preferred. This is a remote contract opportunity with INFUSE, requiring collaboration across teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
