Job Summary
The Client Success Representative is responsible for driving revenue by selling a high volume of Elite Edge workshop tickets to business owners. The role requires making over 200 outbound calls daily, achieving sales targets, and managing a personal pipeline using HubSpot. Candidates should possess solid communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a customer-centered approach, fostering relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Success metrics include closing 6+ ticket sales weekly and maintaining high engagement through phone communication. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strong desire to master the sales process
- Ability to make 200+ outbound calls daily
- Understanding of the client lifecycle
- Ability to leverage HubSpot CRM accurately
- Comfortable with consistent follow up
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year sales experience preferred but not required
