Job Summary
The Client Success Project Manager acts as the liaison between clients and project teams, ensuring project delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include project oversight, client and business development, and mentoring project managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Professional Engineer, or ability to obtain registration within six months
- 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of contracts and accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships
