Job Summary
Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of Gartner clients across senior and junior roles, onboard clients, demonstrate Gartner services, surface client priorities, and recommend a program of action to drive value and ROI. Facilitate client calls and engagements, collaborate with internal partners to maximize value, and conduct regular reviews of the client book of business to monitor performance and engagement metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
