Job Summary
Client Success Operations Analyst responsible for optimizing CS platforms (e.g., ChurnZero), building AI-enabled dashboards and reports to surface churn risk, expansion potential, and engagement health, and automating workflows to reduce manual tasks for CSMs. Role involves translating raw customer data into actionable intelligence for leadership, creating executive-ready reporting on NRR/GRR, churn trends, expansion performance, and CSM productivity, and establishing consistent VOC data capture. Requires hands-on experience with CS platforms, strong data querying and storytelling with dashboards, and an AI/automation mindset to deploy strategic tooling in a SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in CS Ops, Revenue Ops, or a data/analytics role
