Job Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end client implementation and training for new and existing clients; oversee implementation processes, follow established standards and project plans; act as the primary client contact throughout implementation and post-implementation; develop tailored training and solutions to drive adoption; compile compliance reports; support product launches and post-launch follow-up with clients and affiliates; identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team; contribute to process improvement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; travel as needed to support clients.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
- Willingness to travel as needed
