Job Summary
Client Success Officer for Commercial Bank clients who will serve as a primary liaison, driving retention, growth and enhanced client experience across the firm’s relationships. Responsibilities include contributing to strategic client reviews, coordinating and managing product implementations and service needs, resolving client escalations, preparing relationship review documents, facilitating RFP responses, supporting sales pitches, coordinating onboarding and renewals with KYC and risk teams, and mobilizing internal resources to resolve issues. Requires Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience; working knowledge of Treasury Products; strong client interaction and problem-resolution skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and use Microsoft Office tools; some travel (20%). Preferred qualifications include an MBA and PMP or other project management certifications. Final title determined at offer time; not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship. Some travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partners.
