Job Summary
Client Success Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners to ensure retention, performance, and profitability of the assigned portfolio. Partner with Property Care, Revenue, Marketing, and other support teams to meet portfolio goals, review QC walks and work orders, manage owner communications, and assist with onboarding and ongoing portfolio optimization. Key duties include owner outreach and updates, updating property information in Track, coordinating with HOAs, reviewing financials and billing for accuracy, ensuring timely completion of COP/GOP processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration to maximize owner satisfaction and portfolio opportunities. Strong emphasis on proactive communication, problem-solving, and chargeable metrics such as KPIs for inventory growth, owner statements accuracy, and timely responses. Skills in document management, data analysis, and clear, professional communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with document management, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication skills.
