Job Summary
Client Success Manager (CSM) at Dynasty Financial Partners responsible for owning the client relationship and technology adoption across Dynasty’s technology stack for Network Clients.Responsibilities include serving as the primary technology point of contact, assessing client needs and growth objectives, leading strategic technology reviews, translating complex technical information into actionable guidance, organizing training and implementation support, creating training materials, coordinating best-practice sharing, supporting platform configurations across CRM, performance reporting, and proprietary Dynasty tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Vendor/Engineering/Finance/Legal/Compliance/Marketing) to drive operational efficiencies. Must be able to travel nationwide 4–6 times per year and demonstrate strong communication, project management, and proactive value creation for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of work experience in financial technology/wealth management/financial services
- Experience administering or consulting on CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and/or performance reporting tools (e.g., Black Diamond, Addepar) and financial planning platforms (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuide) is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint
- Prior experience in a Client Success, Business Analyst, Technology Consultant, or Project Manager role in financial services is preferred
- Ability to travel onsite to client offices nationwide, approximately 4–6 times annually
