Job Summary
Client Success Manager responsible for owning day-to-day relationships with healthcare clients using SuperDial’s AI-driven RCM solutions. Focus areas include onboarding, adoption, and performance optimization across revenue cycle workflows (eligibility, prior authorization, claims follow-up, denial management). Drive onboarding/implementation, monitor key metrics like denial rates and reimbursement efficiency, provide technical support for integrations (EHR/PM), deliver customer training on AI adoption, identify expansion opportunities within existing workflows, and ensure timely issue resolution and high client satisfaction. Requires 3+ years in customer success, healthcare SaaS, or RCM, plus strong API/integration experience and healthcare domain knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer success, healthcare SaaS, or RCM operations
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows
- Technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and healthcare systems (EHR/PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
