Job Summary
Own and manage a high-volume small-market client and broker book of business, delivering an exceptional client experience by executing workflows, monitoring account health, and proactively addressing risks. Lead client meetings and communications with stakeholders and broker partners, provide education and actionable recommendations, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet engagement goals. Develop and deliver client reports, KPI analyses, and engagement plans aligned to client goals, while maintaining timelines and deliverables. Travel up to 20% to support in-person sessions and client engagements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience managing large B2B portfolios, a data-driven mindset to identify risks and optimize engagement, and a history of driving client satisfaction and measurable ROI in healthcare/benefits settings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing a large, high-performing B2B book of business
- Proven track record of driving engagement, client satisfaction, and retention (NRR) in healthcare/benefits context is preferred
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate client insights into actionable plans and measurable ROI
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and represent the company in client-facing sessions
