Job Summary
Client Success Manager responsible for maintaining and expanding a remote portfolio of client accounts through governance, resource coordination, and process improvements. Leads cross-functional teams, oversees staffing and program financials, conducts regular business reviews with clients and Peak Support executives, ensures policy and security/compliance adherence, and identifies opportunities for account growth and new business with existing clients. Requires strong listening, communication, and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, and willingness to travel as needed. Peak Support’s fully remote, work-from-home model supports a distributed team with emphasis on client engagement, performance improvement, and strategic planning.

- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Self-starter capable of facilitating strategic discussions
- Ability to provide timely solutions to clients’ problems
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs
- Experience in client governance and account management (preferred)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, QA, analytics)
- Willingness to travel as needed to solidify client relationships
