Job Summary
In the role of Client Success Manager, you will manage and optimize client campaigns, ensuring performance goals are achieved while maximizing efficiency and budget utilization. Key responsibilities involve building strong client relationships, analyzing campaign data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes. A proven track record in account management, expertise in digital advertising models, and the ability to provide strategic insights are essential for driving client satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of account management and/or client success experience, with digital advertising
- Prior experience launching, managing, nurturing, and scaling relationships with brands and advertisers
- Subject matter expertise in PPC, CPA, CPC, and LTV models
- Proven ability to scale and grow client budgets while maintaining strong ROI
- Brings a sense of urgency and ability to manage a high volume of business in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to frequent platform launches and improvements; eager to test new strategies and provide feedback
