Client Success Manager

Oversee sales for a portfolio of customer accounts and related experiences, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships to secure and increase revenues. Manage the end-to-end customer experience, including internal operations, while growing customer relationships and the related book of business. Report to the head of Sales and Customer Success within the PrestoSports business unit. This role supports Jonas Software's mission to be a trusted provider of enterprise management software solutions across diverse vertical markets, including hospitality, healthcare, and fitness, serving over 60,000 customers globally.
