Job Summary

Client Success Manager in higher education responsible for maintaining positive client relationships, acting as liaison between clients and Jenzabar, leveraging data and AI-enabled analytics to tailor ROI, delivering Client Service training for continuous improvement, conducting annual client visits/reviews, cultivating senior-level relationships, collaborating with Account Executive and Sales Manager to shape future sales, gathering feedback to improve product alignment, representing Jenzabar at regional conferences, understanding 3rd party relationships, visiting campuses annually, and applying sound judgment on AI usage with data privacy in mind. Travel obligation: 50-75%. Remote work option available; ideal candidate located in or around the Boston/New England area.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Background in Higher Education – understand industry
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company specializing in products specific to the Higher Education Space is a plus
