Job Summary
Client Success Manager responsible for managing merchant relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact, driving account growth through retention and upsell, and delivering tailored commercial proposals. Will support onboarding, monitor merchant performance post-launch, analyze traffic, transactions, and conversion metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver regular reporting and insights. Acts as a central liaison between merchants and internal teams (Routing, Technical Support, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Partnerships), supports merchant launches and payment method activations, and represents the company at events. Requires collaboration across cross-functional teams and contributes to new business development and portfolio expansion.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, Merchant Success, or Sales within fintech, payments, PSP, acquiring, or related industries
- Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant operations, settlements, and payment methods
- Experience managing merchant portfolios and driving account growth
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and support commercial discussions
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics and business data
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with technical and non-technical teams
- English B2+ and fluent Russian
