Job Summary
Client Success Manager for EVERSANA’s 3PL Warehouse & Distribution accounts. Manages 5–8 pharmaceutical client relationships, drives executive-level reviews, analyzes KPIs and service levels with PowerBI, and partners with warehouse operations, order to cash, and supply chain teams to deliver high-quality client experiences and strategic solutions. Responsibilities include proactive client communication, issue resolution, development of strategic account plans, regular business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to meet client expectations and deliver value. Travel ~25% with a focus on maintaining client delight and effective delivery across assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- A college degree in Business Administration or a related field.
