Job Summary
Serve as the executive Single Point of Contact for all account delivery, mobilizing teams to meet client objectives and contractual commitments. Lead resolution of critical incidents and high-risk projects while overseeing performance against SLAs, financial targets, and client satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement and strategic growth for the account by preparing executive presentations for key governance forums. Coordinate all activities and personnel within account(s) to support the development of strategic objectives and financial goals. This role requires 8+ years in technology service delivery and leadership, with a preference for government client experience and an Advanced degree. Located in Melbourne/Geelong, the position offers flexibility to support wellbeing and productivity within a global team of 6,000+ colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent senior experience
- 8+ years in technology service delivery and leadership roles
- Outstanding executive communication skills
- Strategic planning and execution
- Leading large, diverse teams
- Financial management (P&L, cost optimisation)
- Complex problem-solving across functions
- Executive client engagement and escalation management
