Job Summary

Client Success Manager (CSM) for MultiPro Property Solutions responsible for serving as the primary account lead for a high-volume portfolio of up to 100 multifamily communities. Manage onsite relationships with decision-makers, conduct regular property visits and communications, track client interactions in CRM, drive retention and revenue expansion, coordinate service delivery with internal teams and subcontractors, onboard new clients, and lead initiatives to improve client outcomes. Requires field-based work with daily onsite client interaction, travel within the assigned region, and a focus on building trusted advisor relationships, achieving KPIs, and leveraging opportunities for upsell/cross-sell while coordinating with branch leadership and Sales/Operations teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B account management, client success, service delivery, or project management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • CRM experience; Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing high-volume portfolios
  • Onboarding and adoption leadership
  • Contract/change order coordination
