Job Summary
Client Success Manager to manage multiple concurrent projects within the Global Customer Experience team; identify priority projects within each account and collaborate with Customer Service to define capabilities; maintain and follow up on quality/issues log from inception to resolution; position located in Shakopee, MN, onsite five days per week; required to leverage project management skills across the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, control, closure); strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills; APICS Certification and PM certificate desired; comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary range.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in related field and / or 3+ years of related experience
- Proven experience with computer applications including PC-based business applications and project management software (e.g., SAP, Data Repository, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Visio)
