Job Summary
Client Success Manager to manage a book of large enterprise employer clients, owning the relationship lifecycle from deployment through renewal and expansion. Responsibilities include leading implementation of Carrum Health’s solution, driving activation of Centers of Excellence, upsell of bundled procedures, contract renewals, and driving client satisfaction, utilization, retention, and expansion. Collaborate with Marketing and employer teams on engagement campaigns, employer communications, benefits design changes, and ecosystem partnerships. Produce clear, compelling reports and presentations; manage operational matters including scope of services, payments, and performance reporting. Contribute to product roadmap by identifying enhancements/defects and communicating specs to Technology. Work with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to optimize processes and workflows. Requires 2-4 years of enterprise client success/account management, healthcare experience desirable; strong relationship-building, communication, storytelling/presentation, and results-driven mindset. This is a remote-first, full-time role with headquarters-like offices in San Francisco and Chicago; compensation $115,000-$130,000 plus commissions, depending on experience and geography.
