Job Summary
Brave is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage a portfolio of advertisers and drive campaign success. Responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, gathering and organizing client-provided campaign assets for timely deployment, advising clients on campaign strategy and best practices, delivering regular performance reports, leading client calls with strong presentation skills, and coordinating internal communications regarding campaign objectives and client needs in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will have marketing-focused experience, a customer-service mindset, and a track record of delivering client solutions while meeting sales goals, with excellent communication, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills. Salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus; Brave offers a fully remote team with competitive salaries and home-office stipends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in account management, campaign development, or similar role (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
