Job Summary
Client Success Manager for a fast-growing international staffing firm, focused on guiding clients through every step of the recruitment process, onboarding placed candidates, and driving long-term relationships and account growth. You will own the post-placement client experience, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with the recruitment team, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive check-ins and value delivery. Requires fluency in English, strong communication, a university degree, and 2–3+ years in client-facing staffing/recruitment or related roles; experience with remote hiring and international clients is a plus.
Required Qualifications

- University degree (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented — quick to grasp new industries and roles
- Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy
- Strong commercial awareness — able to identify growth opportunities while maintaining a client-first approach
- 2–3+ years in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshoring in a client-facing role
- Hands-on experience running discovery calls and managing client accounts
- Proven success managing the full client lifecycle — from lead to long-term relationship
- Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive ongoing client satisfaction
- Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles (EAs, developers, marketers, analysts, accountants)
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AUS, EU, UAE)
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- Strong CRM discipline and organizational skills
- Experience in generating their own leads (LinkedIn outreach, light cold calling, etc.)
