Job Summary
Client Success Manager - Americas responsible for managing a portfolio of core and emerging clients, driving client retention and growth, and acting as a client advocate. Collaborates with internal teams (sales, product, delivery, marketing) to ensure client success, mitigate churn, identify upsell opportunities, and translate client needs into actionable insights. Requires strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with CRM tools, with 6+ years in a client-facing role (preferably in SaaS/HR tech). The role emphasizes delivering value through proactive support, health monitoring, and regular reporting to stakeholders, while aligning with the company’s global expansion and client-satisfaction objectives.
