Job Summary
Client Success Manager for Amazon Marketplace Growth responsible for owning end-to-end client communications across multiple accounts, building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables, tracking timelines and performance metrics, sharing regular performance reports, identifying growth and upsell opportunities, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account management, proactively resolving client concerns, and collaborating with Amazon marketplace specialists to drive account growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Agency Operations
- Prior experience working with agencies managing multiple client accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and ecosystem
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management capabilities
- Experience with reporting, task tracking, and client servicing workflows
