Job Summary
Lead planning, delivery, and growth of scalable learning and adoption programs for LEAP users. Own both live learning (webinars, bootcamps, office hours) and automated digital-outreach journeys in Gainsight to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Build and optimize learning tracks (role-based, use-case-based, maturity-based), translate complex product workflows into practical user behaviors, and collaborate with SMEs across CS, Product, Support, and Implementation. Define learning goals, manage end-to-end program operations, and measure success with dashboards covering attendance, completion, engagement, feature adoption lift, and renewal readiness. OTE range is USD $115,000-140,000 dependent on experience. Preferred experience includes Gainsight proficiency, SaaS/B2B software environments, adult learning principles, and support for mid-market or enterprise customers.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, client success, training, or related roles
- Proven experience designing and delivering live, instructor-led learning for software users
- Strong facilitation skills with confidence presenting to groups in virtual environments
- Excellent program management skills (planning, prioritization, execution)
- Strong written communication and ability to translate product complexity into clear learning outcomes
