Job Summary
Senior client-facing leader to drive value within Machinify’s healthcare payment integrity platform. Responsible for delivering efficient operational processes, enhanced reporting, user training, and exceptional client support strategies; develop and execute client strategy, build intentional relationships, and identify growth opportunities. Analyzes healthcare claims data to generate actionable insights, projects financial results based on KPI data, and ensures accuracy of client-facing reports. Synthesizes client objectives into a compelling value proposition, creates reporting materials for customer delivery, and communicates findings to stakeholders. Acts as a primary client contact for inquiries, supports contracting and SLA management, and collaborates with leadership and product teams to feedback insights and drive product improvements. Requires travel up to 25% and strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and analytical capabilities to optimize client success and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years in client-facing roles (client management, customer success, or similar role)
- Proven track record for cultivating and influencing relationships within the healthcare payer market
- Previous experience in the healthcare Payment Integrity space highly preferred
- Analytical strength and curiosity to analyze data sets and explain findings
- Excellent communication skills for presenting materials and discussing topics extemporaneously
- Ability to manage multiple requests with fast turnaround
- Driven self-starter mindset with a high impact and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate autonomously
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Holds integrity in professional conduct
