Client Success Lead

Job Summary
Client Success Lead responsible for managing the end-to-end operational lifecycle of client relationships—from onboarding through ongoing support and optimization. You will ensure clients successfully implement and operate Pave’s banking products while driving operational excellence across client workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk to address client needs while maintaining regulatory integrity. Responsibilities include proactive client management, account management, driving Net Revenue Retention through strong engagement and product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities (cross-sell/upsell), removing operational bottlenecks, building internal playbooks for onboarding and adoption, acting as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap, ensuring risk/compliance alignment, analyzing client usage and health scores to inform resource decisions, and shaping data-driven Client Success strategies for scalable value delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles
- experience with enterprise/fintech clients in complex environments
- operational and compliance knowledge within Risk and Compliance frameworks
- data analysis skills and ability to leverage health scores and projections
- ability to manage international portfolios and collaborate with global teams
- strong communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external client leaders
- fluency in English; Mandarin or additional languages considered a bonus
