Job Summary

Client Success Lead responsible for managing the operational lifecycle of client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support and optimization. Collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk to ensure client adoption, operational efficiency, and regulatory integrity while driving revenue retention and expansion. Focuses on identifying opportunities to improve client adoption, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, shaping playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and revenue generation, and using data-driven insights to optimize client workflows and resource planning. Requires strong analytical abilities, global perspective, and excellent communication to influence internal stakeholders and external client leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Client Success, Account Management, or managing enterprise/fintech clients in complex operational environments
  • Sector background in Banking/Digital Banking, FinTech, SaaS, or Software
  • Hands-on experience with Risk and Compliance frameworks
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to use data to drive operational results
  • Global mindset with ability to manage international portfolios
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin or additional languages is a bonus
