Job Summary
Client Success Executive in Warsaw, operating in a Hybrid model (3 days in the office) to drive retention and commercial growth across existing accounts for BSI. Responsibilities include building trusted client relationships, leading retention discussions, managing certification changes, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, guiding clients through change processes, and maintaining opportunity pipelines in Salesforce while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Requires client-facing experience in a B2B environment, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, fluent English, plus Polish/Spanish/Italian/Turkish as a plus; Salesforce experience and Microsoft Office proficiency are desirable. Salary starts at 102,000 PLN gross annually.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a client-facing role within a B2B environment
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Fluency in Polish, Spanish, Italian, or Turkish would be a strong advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
