Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all business aspects of the client life cycle from implementation through maintenance; create and oversee client-specific and organizational KPIs and operational metrics; build deep knowledge of each client’s needs and match those needs using Arine’s platform; represent the voice of the client and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to monitor opportunities for new products and features; generate and document use cases, case studies, white papers, and other client success examples to build Arine brand awareness; coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to mission/vision creation and attainment of strategic goals; drive client success through strategy development, planning, execution, and closure; travel up to 30%; remote-work setup with on-site meetings multiple times per year.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; Masters or commensurate experience preferred; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) bonus points
