Job Summary
Own a portfolio of client accounts from onboarding through program delivery, building strong partnerships with clients, coordinating with sales, operations, and technology teams to translate program results into actionable business insights. Set up and monitor client programs in Salesforce, analyze performance, present Campaign Reviews, and drive improvements. Proactively manage account health, anticipate client needs, and act as the connector between clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet high standards while maintaining a remote-first, flexible culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into business actions
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and collaboration across teams
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
