Job Summary
Client Success Coordinator at an independent audio ad agency who will own day-to-day execution of client campaigns, coordinate onboarding (Salesforce setup, Slack channels, dashboards), prepare and QC weekly performance reports and client dashboards (Tableau/Qlik), draft client recaps, manage invoices and forecasts, and support cross-functional teams to keep campaigns running smoothly. The role emphasizes proactive issue anticipation, strong organizational and communication skills, and ownership of outcomes, with responsibilities spanning campaign setup, reporting, client communications, and cross-functional coordination. This is an entry-level–leaning position within a high-trust, growth-oriented agency culture, requiring comfort in a fast-paced environment and collaboration with the Client Success Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client services, account coordination, agency operations, or a related field (internship experience considered)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple accounts and workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and confident in client-facing interactions
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Basecamp, or project management tools is a plus
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset; capable of independent action in a fast-paced environment
